Our team has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of planning, coordinating, and implementing commercial projects of all sizes. Every project assigned has with it comprehensive responsibilities to manage multiple aspects of the process while ensuring all stakeholders expectations of time, budget and quality are either met or exceeded. Utilizing a crafted process that involves meetings, collaboration and planning with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, we have walked through many projects successfully. Our in-field experience has provided the skills and understanding required to direct our team to appropriately and manage multiple types of projects such as automotive dealerships, commercial retail unit (CRU) builds, site servicing and utilities, renovations, or new construction in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Hands-on knowledge of work responsibilities has helped successfully navigate through construction challenges with subcontractors and clients while giving them confidence in our organization.
