Covenant Residential

Located in South Edmonton, Alberta, Covenant Residential is an integral element of the Covenant Wellness Community which is a mixed-use campus of care including comprehensive health services under one roof within a Community Health Centre. The community contains a separate six-storey residential housing complex, retail and commercial centers all designed to serve the development and patrons.

The Covenant Multi-Residential project is comprised of 199 units contained within a single U-style apartment building designed as purpose-built rental. The project, located just blocks from the Grey Nuns Community Hospital, consists of a total square footage of 171,585SF. The proposed building structure contains a concrete foundation and large parkade constrained by the east and north the property within shoring as required. Remaining structure is six (6) storey, wood frame, consisting of a combination of exterior materials that include fiber cement panels, siding, brick accents, vinyl windows and a flat roof containing an EPDM-like membrane.

Terrace Management Group will act in the capacity as Prime Contractor to complete construction and closeout of the Covenant Residential Apartment. This includes supervision of all responsibilities associated with the execution in relation to construction, subtrade activity and site supervision.
