Trendi Place Hotel & Retail Center

Located in Northwest Edmonton, Trendi Place Hotel & Retail Center is located north adjacent to adjacent to North America's Largest Shopping Mall, West Edmonton Mall. This five-storey, 47,553 SF hotel is comprised of 48 suites made up of short and long stay rooms, ranging from studio to three bedrooms. Within the building at the main level is hotel lobby with commercial kitchen and dining area along with main-floor commercial units all sitting on a underground parkade. The building structure is a mixture of concrete & steel from parkade to second level then wood frame to the fifth floor.

Terrace Management Group was called to act in the capacity of the Prime Contractor to complete construction and closeout of the site and hotel. This includes supervision of all responsibilities associated with the execution in relation to construction, subtrade activity and site supervision.
